Layla is our beautiful domestic shorthair girl. She is about three years old now, we do not know her actual birth-date. Layla came to us from Austin Pets Alive in July of 2017. I don't know much about her history other than she spent most of her life in shelters.
We picked her out because I wanted a young, healthy cat and my husband wanted a nice cat. When we took her to the visiting room she purred and head butted us. I could even touch all four of her feet without her biting me. She passed the test!
Now she spends her day kneading her pillow pet, eating Fancy Feast, and sitting on her daddy's lap while he plays games. She also enjoys playing with her furry mice toys and using her scratching posts. We love her!
