Here is my sister's cat, Sophia. She is a long-haired, black cat with some piebald spotting on her chest. She is part siamese, but her fur does not show it. She is a very special kitty :) She loves to run around in our apartment, and because she is rather large, she tends to run with a bit of a "bound" so to speak. (She runs into things sometimes too). She is also kind of bow-legged, but we love her nonetheless. She is quite the beauty!
She is definitely a mix between independent and affectionate. Basically, she is affectionate when she is tired and wants to curl up on someone's lap. She loves to chase shadows on the walls and tends to meow at them on occasion. She also loves to chase reflections off of mirrors, watches, etc.. She cannot get enough of them!
She loves catnip ... it's a real treat for her. She also likes to take sun baths as often as she can since we don't get too much sun up here in Washington during the winter :)
