Libby entered my life about a year ago. Prior to that, I had severe allergies to cats and it was very hard to even be around them. But when she and I set eyes on each other, I knew it was a perfect match. I took the plunge and rescued Libby out of living outside in a cold garage, and into a warm loving home. Sure enough, about two weeks after her arrival, my allergies were gone. Cats have such healing powers, I don't think we'll ever understand how far they go.
There is no question in my mind why my Libby Loo is so special! She runs the house! She has a brother now named Bailey (six months old), and they love to be together. I have never felt so loved! Every morning she'll wake me up with kisses (always about 10 minutes before my alarm rings!), and she'll walk me into the kitchen to make coffee. And, she even endures the hundreds of nicknames I have for her.
The most wonderful thing about her is that whenever I'm sick, or just plain not feeling well, she knows exactly when to keep me company and most of all SNUGGLE!! I'm so grateful to have Libby in my life! She tells me in her own little way that she feels the same. It can't get any better than that!
