Alice is a 15-year-old domestic short hair/ragdoll cat. Her mother is a ragdoll, and the father is unknown. We picked up Alice from a pub car park in the hills for the low price of free and she has been a constant presence in our house ever since.
As soon as you get out of bed in the morning, the first sound you hear is her meowing for food and then you have to walk with her to her food bowl and stand with her while she eats. When she was young she would run along the beams of the mezzanine.
Before we adopted our other pets, she was a very adventurous kitten, climbing trees and exploring the outdoors. She now spends most her time sitting on a bean bag or bed, avoiding all social interaction. Although she enjoys her own company, we adore her.
