When I was a little girl, I heard whimpers and meows outside my house. Being a kid, I looked out my window out of curiosity. I ended up seeing an orange kitten laying on the ground. He was in pain, there was a large scratch on his shoulder. To this day, we're not sure where that scratch came from. But, I got my parents and we decided to let him stay the night and take him to the vet in the morning. He already had gotten along with our dog at the time, Bailey. As it turned out, his old owners had abandoned him. In the morning, we took him to the vet. Once everything was done, we were stuck. Jack was just a kitten, and it was cruel to send him to a shelter. So, for 12 long years, we kept him.
Jack is the sweetest cat I've ever met. When I'll have panic attacks, he'll always run over to comfort me. He'll always jump up on the couch to snuggle. His favorite hobbies consist of napping and eating. He loves being picked up and babied.
