Dove
is a special kitty because of her personality. She loves to play and
cuddle and follow me around my apartment. She hates to be without me and is
always very happy to greet me at the door when I get home. She just turned
one year old on March 7th. When she was born, the person that owned her
mother was irresponsible, not spaying the mother cat and letting her wander
around. She was also going to dump the litter so when I saw her posting on
CraigsList, I emailed her right away. I wanted to wait until she was truly
ready to leave her mother, but the lady wanted to get rid of the kittens ASAP.
I took her in when she was six or seven weeks old. I didn't pick her out
from her siblings, I just said I would like a girl, and they brought her
out. I am so very pleased that Dove is the kitten I got because she is
wonderful. She is currently cuddled up against me, happily in a sunbeam.
She also loves to play fetch! In case anyone is wondering, instead of a
microchip for ID, in her ear she has a tattoo of her ID number and also a
little picture of a dove. I love her very much!
