Boo
Boo is our calico domestic long hair girl. She is very independent and
does not share her attentions easily. She does love to play with cat toys,
and gets along well with our nine-year-old black Labrador retriever Vegas they
love to race to the food bowls.
Boo Boo is our first calico, we got her after our cat that we had for twelve
years passed away. A bachelor friend of my husband got her as a kitten to
help him meet women ( ha ha). She came to our home and fit right in. She is
very independent and is not a lap cat but does accept a loving pat on her
head and will rub around your ankles to show affection. When my seventeen-year-old
son sits at our dining room table to do homework (rarely) she likes to get on
the table and sit and watch him. She also likes to sit by our sliding screen
door and watch the birds in the yard. She is a special girl and is very
different from our other cat, but holds a special place in our heart and our home.
