This is Cerise, which is a French name, although she is a German cat. She's eight years old and a cheeky girl-cat. She often goes out in the garden. But when the garden is snowed under, she jumps like a kangaroo. Sometimes she goes with me and my family for a walk, she follows us like a dog, just without a leash attached. With her, it's funnier.
When she cleans herself with her paws, I laugh because she looks like a hamster! When she sits in front of her bowl each day, I give her cat food. She is such a good cat. Often I give her treats made for cats, then she's happy.
Sometimes she mews, because she wants to be stroked. She likes to sleep by the stove. But sometimes the stove is too hot, so she sleeps on the carpet. She is smart that way, and so does not get hurt. Cerise almost never claws or hisses, even if little children annoy her. She's the best cat at the wold! Without her, it would just be boring in our house.
Now you see a cat is an wonderful animal. She's like a dog, a hamster, a kangaroo and all at the same time, she is Cerise!
