Tilly
was a feral kitten we rescued with her brother Scooby. We caught her
first, and her brother a week later as he was harder to catch. She was very
scared at first, but after a few hours hiding under the chair she came out as
she was hungry and thirsty. (It's surprising what hunger will do as incentive
to overcome one's fear!)
Although some people don't think feral kittens can be tamed, she has proven
them wrong. Tilly and her brother are now four years old and are such loving
cats. Tilly is still nervous of strangers, but Scooby loves attention. We
never thought we would have cats as we have only ever had dogs but I am so
glad we found these two as they have given us so much pleasure. Tilly is a
blue and white and Scooby is all blue, so it was easy to tell them apart,
even when they were babies! I hope you like this photo of Tilly.
