This is my girl Nova. She knows when to be sweet and caring, then she quickly dashes from couch to couch to wildly jump on the sheet hanging up to keep the heat/cold in the living room. She keeps life interesting.
We found her and her sister Sylvia (a brown tiger tabby), in a junk yard. Too young to be away from their mother, they were nearly run over by a tractor trailer. My boyfriend’s father, who was driving the truck, stopped and scooped them up. Not even liking cats, he still brought them home. As we watched them grow they both had their own impressionable personalities, and sucked me and my boyfriend right in. Sylvia took to him and Nova took to me. I’m so glad they were rescued, but Nova is one unique and beautiful kitty, And she got her name because she purrs as loud as a Chevy Nova! I love her!
