Lucy Blue came to live with us just a couple weeks ago from Blue Skies Cattery in Polo, Illinois. She is a sweet, playful Napoleon!
Lucy loves people and once you take a seat, your lap will not be empty for long. Adapting to her new surroundings she's somewhat timid, but warms up quickly! Lucy loves to catnap in the front window. As you can tell in the picture, that big yawn is in preparation of the warm sunbath she will get while taking her nap. Our front window has always been a cat favorite. It's also a town favorite we have many people tell us the drive over to our home to let their kids see the kitties playing in the window! Everyone loves cats!
Lucy is our first Napoleon. She's meows forever until she finds a human somewhere in the house to hang out with. Then she purrs non-stop. After my husband leaves for work she likes to sit at the door looking up at the knob in anticipation for him to come home. She will do this several times throughout the day. She loves balls, bells and toys that squeak but her favorite toy is my daughters hair tie. She also likes to hide under the couch when I'm working out, reaching out for my feet when I move or pouncing on my stomach or back when it's time for floor exercises. She's a pretty finicky eater. She likes wet and dry food but if they touch each other she wants nothing to do with it . They must be served as far apart as possible. We love this little girl!
