Dory once lived with not very nice or caring people in New Hampshire but myself and my hubby picked her up when she was very young. We originally adopted her in Manchester, New Hampshire when me and my hubby went to visit his parents. But we used to live in Seattle, took her back with us there, and then last year moved to the U.K. as my husband got transferred over here for work purposes, and of course, we took our little baby with us.
She's had a hard start to life because she was very ill but we looked after her the best we could, and now she's happy, playful and chunky. :) She loves zooming around the conservatory now and not worrying about anything.
Her favorite food now is chicken and turkey food. She also loves boiled chicken drumsticks which are her treat!
Her favorite things are feathers. She loves feathers! Feathers feathers feathers! She loves licking them!!! She also loves her mousey (kong mouse) and she carries him around everywhere. She also loves to wake me and my husband up at the crack of dawn everyday by sticking her nose up to our noses and purring until we get up and feed her!
She has very specific dislikes: She doesn't like closed doors. I also doesn't like showers or when the big white thing in the bathroom makes a loud noise a.k.a. the bath!
The thing she hates the most is when I give her medications up her nose every morning. All that said, Dory is my fur baby that helps inspire my blog pawsomekitty.com.
