This is Cole-Cat (a.k.a. Muffin and my one true love). I would say he is a domestic shorthair, but the BasePaws DNA test I did shows he is a mixture of Turkish Angora, Maine Coon and Persian!
Cole is a very special, needy boy. His jet black coat and striking green eyes make him resemble a puma when is out patrolling the yard looking for his next kill. In his prime, Cole was quite the serial killer and has killed (and attempted to eat) critters such as: birds, chipmunks, mice, frogs and even a snake. On a nice summer day, you'll find Cole outside, sleeping under the pine trees or peeing on the side of the house. Cole likes to lay on his mother's lap and be held for hours, reaching his paw up to touch her face when she has stopped petting to remind her to start again. Cole is not without his quirks, he requires a daily Prozac dose to keep him acting like a good boy. He wakes his mother up at the crack of dawn to be fed by licking her face and slowly progressing to biting when she doesn't wake up fast enough.
Cole is also a local celebrity, having a small feature on our episode of House Hunters, Detroit Lake Life. He will be 15 on July 4th this year.
Cole's likes: His mother and father, being outside, rolling in dirt, being held by his mother, shredded cheese, tunafish and water out of the faucet.
Cole's dislikes: His new little sister Sasha, waiting too long to eat, the winter, the rain, loud noises, unfamiliar people, being alone for too long and having his nails cut.
